TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

TippWebDesign reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to

your Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any

time, without notice.

GENERAL

TippWebDesign shall not disclose any of the Clients confidential information concerning any Job to any third party without the prior permission of the Client.

TippWebDesign does not guarantee that the operation of the any website designed or hosted will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event will TippWebDesign be liable to the Client or any third party for any damages or any loss incurred arising out of the operation of or inability to operate the website.

TippWebDesign owns all copyright to the design of the website & content until final payment is made by the Client.

Hosting is to be provided by TippWebDesign unless otherwise stated.

Failure of payment of any services provided by TippWebDesign could result in suspension of the hosting account & website.

Any changes to the final websites design after Design Information stage 5 will incur additional hourly charges by TippWebDesign.

Additional consultation & training is also at our hourly rate.

Additional Costs may apply for example (Additional content design, custom coding & extra pages)
these additional costs will be reflected in the final invoice for stage 5-6 the client will be informed of these additional costs as and when they arise.

All contents provided by TippWebDesign services & Site are: and/or its suppliers. All rights

reserved.

TRADEMARKS

The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein may be the trademarks

of their respective owners. The example companies, organizations, products, people

and events depicted herein are fictitious. No association with any real company,

organization, product, person, or event is intended or should be inferred. Any rights not

expressly granted herein are reserved.

NOTICES AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed

copyright infringement under United States copyright law should be sent to Service

Provider’s Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING
